Job Requirements
- Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
- available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
- reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
- enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone
- concierge, telemarketing, and/or sales experience preferred
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
- provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed
- schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
- ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
- use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contribute to team goals
- always follow company policies and safety procedures
