Working schedules are flexible to accommodate guest travel patterns and business needs, including weekends and holidays, with shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

  • 2 years confirmed customer service experience
  • intermediate computer proficiency with knowledge and efficiency in computer database systems such as ATCO, VOICE, Salesforce, GoConcierge or similar systems
  • thorough understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island
  • strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person, over e-mail, and on the telephone
  • self-motivated and results oriented with excellent communication and verbal presentation skills with ability to persuade others and overcome objections
  • ability to multi-task and balance priorities
  • proven track record to sign-up guests for timeshare sales presentations over the phone
  • 1-year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Promotion of booking eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to on-site guests and visitors
  • generate leads and book qualified sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at off-property locations
  • provide customer/concierge services and arrange island activities to all guests projecting a professional company image
  • assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs according to Hilton Corporation standards
  • mentor and train new and current Marketing Representatives
  • serve as a resource and first point of contact for Marketing Representative day to day questions and/or concerns
  • share insights and opportunities with Marketing Management and partner on improvements
  • handle sophisticated customer/guest related issues or concerns
  • act as a role model demonstrating HGV's values and expectations for interactions with guests and team members
