This position offers seasonal employment with a competitive pay range of $24 to $26 per hour and is eligible for employee housing, making it an ideal job for those seeking a seasonal mountain lifestyle. As part of an employee-centric culture, Crystal Mountain offers numerous perks including free season passes to Alterra Mountain Company resorts, discounts on ski and snowboard lessons and rentals, exclusive access to events and marketplaces, and many other benefits that enrich the employee experience. The resort is dedicated to fostering a positive professional environment that embraces empowerment, authenticity, collaboration, and purpose. A career as a Lead Line Cook at Crystal Mountain not only offers the chance to advance culinary skills but also to grow professionally within a supportive and adventurous community.
