Responsibilities include preparing food for various events, ensuring all kitchen equipment is in proper working order, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety protocols. The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. A valid Food Handlers Certification and prior culinary experience are essential for this position.
