Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional cooking experience with 1+ years in a lead or supervisory role preferred
- High school diploma or culinary degree
- Valid Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card and ServSafe Certification
- Extensive culinary experience in fine dining environments or restaurant kitchens
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols food handling and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated skills in food preparation cooking techniques and meal assembly
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a positive work environment
- Experience with menu planning catering and serving in fast-paced settings is a plus
- Weekly Manager meeting attendance

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate daily kitchen activities ensuring efficient food preparation and timely service
- Oversee food handling procedures maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to established recipes quality standards and presentation guidelines
- Assist with menu planning including developing new dishes that align with our culinary vision
- Supervise kitchen staff providing training on knife skills food prep techniques and proper food industry practices
- Monitor food and supply levels rotate stock using FIFO methods and assist with inventory tracking
- Ensure compliance with Maricopa County health codes maintain HACCP standards and oversee closing cleaning duties
