Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests to optimize seating arrangements
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and any issues during their visit
- Oversee the host/hostess team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain efficient communication
- Send bi-weekly reminders to the host team to uphold service standards
- Maintain an accurate and organized reservation system
- Confirm reservations and promptly manage changes or cancellations
- Assist with coordinating large party bookings
- Strategically plan seating to maximize capacity while maintaining guest comfort
- Coordinate with servers to manage dining room flow and pacing
- Provide accurate wait time estimates and keep guests informed of updates
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Provide clear direction and updates to the host/hostess team
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Partner with management to resolve recurring issues and improve processes
- Train new host/hostess team members on procedures and service expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching to support team performance and growth
- Manage customer tags and review concierge emails daily (Top Shelf system)
- Print menus and maintain organization of daily, weekly, and monthly menu materials
- Assist General Managers with responding to guest emails and reservation requests (Resy)
- Monitor and restock bathroom amenities
- assist with weekly supply orders
