Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a senior or lead chef in a fast-paced kitchen
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • solid understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • experience with stock management and waste control
  • ability to inspire and develop culinary teams
  • creativity and knowledge of current food trends
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage assigned kitchen section with hands-on involvement
  • ensure smooth daily operations during busy service schedules
  • deliver consistently high-quality food adhering to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
  • support large-scale events, tastings, and client experiences
  • maintain 5-star food safety and hygiene standards
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • train, mentor, and motivate kitchen team
  • monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and control stock rotation and waste
  • collaborate with other departments for exceptional guest experiences
  • stay updated on food trends and contribute to menu development and innovation
