Founded in 1958 by Jim A. Haslam II and currently led by CEO Adam Wright, Pilot Company has maintained a legacy of strong values, a people-first culture, and a commitment to giving back to the community. These foundational principles guide the company’s everyday operations and foster a work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect. The company openly encourages applications from veterans and all qualified individuals, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or other legally protected characteristics, demonstrating a strong commitment to equal employment opportunities.
