The role being offered is a part-time position with benefits at a 0.4 full-time equivalent (FTE), working within the food service department during varied shifts between 6 AM and 8 PM, including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday rotations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the food preparation, production, assembly, and distribution processes are carried out efficiently and safely for patients, residents, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive service culture in line with the hospital's mission and values. As part of their duties, they will organize the cleaning and sanitizing of work areas and equipment, operate cash registers and other relevant kitchen equipment such as pizza ovens and grills, and provide operational feedback to the Production Manager and Food Supervisor to improve shift outcomes. The position requires strong customer service skills, a familiarity with cash register operation, and the ability to work effectively within a team to deliver superior food service. Job Duties
