The Lead Food Service Associate role at Jefferson Health Northeast plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and cleanliness of both front and back-of-house food service operations within the healthcare setting. The position is designed for a professional dedicated to quality control and service precision, ensuring that meals are consistently prepared according to prescribed diets and departmental recipes. This leadership position demands keen attention to hygiene standards, proper food handling, and HACCP compliance to guarantee safety and satisfaction. The role requires working from 11:30 am to 7:30 pm and offers the security of part of the larger Jefferson Health system's benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and tuition assistance opportunities.
