Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals, collectively known as Jefferson, is a prominent academic medical center and health system based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Established in 1824, Thomas Jefferson University comprises 10 colleges and three schools, offering over 200 undergraduate and graduate programs to more than 8,300 students.

The university is home to the Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Jefferson College of Nursing, and the Kanbar College of Design, Engineering, and Commerce.

This hospital is also a Level I trauma center, providing comprehensive emergency services.
