Job Requirements

  • Available Tuesday through Saturday
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and follow recipes accurately
  • Good communication and culinary skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience working single kitchen stations

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or related experience preferred
  • Four or more years of previous line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Basic knife skills
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Experience preferably in Mexican fine dining

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work station
  • Follow health and safety regulations and standards
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure efficient service
  • Manage cooking times to ensure timely food preparation
  • Support the Chef with recipe adherence and kitchen operations
