Line cooks at Valle play an essential role in supporting the chef and kitchen leadership by preparing and cooking ingredients according to established recipes, ensuring consistent quality and presentation with every dish served. Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or related experience preferred
- Four or more years of previous line cook experience in a full-service restaurant
- Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Basic knife skills
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Experience preferably in Mexican fine dining
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work station
