Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience working as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- capability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen-related tasks
- willingness to train and lead kitchen staff

- collaborate with the kitchen team, chefs, and dining staff for smooth operations
- train new kitchen staff on proper preparation techniques, kitchen protocols, and safety standards
- delegate tasks effectively to ensure timely preparation and service of meals
