Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including weekends
- Minimum 2 years of prep or line cook experience
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance

Job Duties
- Assist the sous chefs in running the kitchen and overseeing the team

- Manage employee performance, including training, feedback and development opportunities
