Job Requirements
- Minimum of two to five years of experience as a cook
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Ability to calculate basic math for recipes and inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to lift and carry with assistance up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to withstand hot environments using kitchen equipment
Job Qualifications

- Professional proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Ability to calculate basic math principles for recipes and inventory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
- Ability to lift, balance, and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to lift, balance, and carry with assistance up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to withstand warm to hot environments while utilizing kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and fryers
Job Duties
- Uphold the company’s principles of People, Place, and Character through your daily work
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and according to established standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling within all culinary spaces
- Ensure quality, presentation, and timing meet expectations for an exceptional guest experience
- Support kitchen operations by working collaboratively with team members across all stations
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and direction from culinary leadership to meet business needs
- Assist with maintaining inventory, organization, and proper storage of ingredients
- Communicate clearly with team members during service to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Observe and report any equipment or facility issues to support a safe working environment
