The role of Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient guest transactions while maintaining high standards of cash wrap cleanliness and aesthetics. The Lead Cashier works a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be at least 18 years of age. Physical demands include continuous mobility within the store and the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging, personalizing service to guest needs, and recommending products and services
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments for and support in-store services and events
- maintain cash wrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- support leadership with cash register open and close functions and associate inspections
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- lead and influence peers to achieve productivity and performance
