The role demands flexibility as it involves variable shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will play an essential leadership role, training and guiding team members in implementing standard operating procedures for the bar, managing inventory and forecasting demand, and delivering detailed nightly reports covering staff performance, guest incidences, and maintenance updates.
