Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Effective listening, understanding and conflict resolution skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Desire to provide excellent hospitality and guest service
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers
- Ability to lift and carry laundry supplies and linens
- Ability to make reasonable accommodations if needed
- Willingness to follow instructions and perform additional duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service using approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests warmly during cleaning activities
- Complete all operational checklists accurately at designated times
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to meet business needs
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Perform all stages of linen processing including collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading laundry
- Wash, dry, fold, store, and deliver linens and towels as directed
- Operate washing machines and dryers, including cleaning dryer filters
- Keep laundry facility clean and organized and replenish cleaning chemicals
- Ensure linen closets throughout the hotel are stocked appropriately
- Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly
- Adhere to clock-in/out policies and work schedule requirements
