Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects
- reliable transportation to event locations throughout the greater Las Vegas area
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- One year of general labor or trade show/event experience preferred
- customer service or hospitality experience a plus
- ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
- proficiency in using basic hand tools
- strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
Job Duties
- Assist with event setup and teardown including staging, truss, furniture, signage, décor
- unload and load trucks and move equipment and materials onsite
- follow directions from crew leads and work collaboratively with the team
- provide excellent customer service and professionalism on job sites
- use basic tools like impact drill, screwdrivers, C-wrench, multi-tool when needed
- maintain a high level of safety and awareness on site
