The Lane Server’s responsibilities are varied and include taking and delivering food and beverage orders, closing out these orders promptly, and becoming knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and specials in order to effectively inform and recommend to guests. A core part of the role is regularly checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction, assisting them with any inquiries or concerns, and contributing to the upkeep and cleanliness of the entertainment space.

Moreover, Lane Servers play a key part in setting up, stocking, and organizing their assigned work areas to maintain operational efficiency. They also actively recommend or upsell elements of the center’s experience to enhance guest enjoyment and increase revenue opportunities.
