As a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be a critical part of creating an outstanding guest experience. Lane Servers act as world-class ambassadors within our entertainment centers, engaging directly with guests to provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, fun visit for every individual. The role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and thrive on interacting with diverse groups of people. The Lane Server is responsible for taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders, familiarizing themselves with menu items, promotions, and specials, and effectively communicating these offerings to guests. Additionally, they ensure guests are regularly checked on to answer questions or resolve any concerns promptly. This role requires enthusiasm in upselling and recommending additional experiences to enhance the guest’s visit.

This part-time position primarily covers evening and night shifts and demands weekend availability to meet the needs of the business, which operates in a lively entertainment environment. Physical requirements include walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol where applicable. A minimum of two years of related experience is preferred, although a high school diploma is optional.
