As a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be an essential part of a vibrant and dynamic environment where guest satisfaction is paramount. This part-time position involves serving guests with food and beverage orders while ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable visit. You will act as a world-class ambassador for the entertainment center, interacting closely with guests and promoting the signature menu items along with special promotions. The role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver top-notch customer service.

Lane Servers are expected to manage several responsibilities on any given day including taking and delivering orders, closing out transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in their assigned areas. They also help set up and stock these areas to ensure smooth operations. The job involves routine check-ins with guests to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of any inquiries or issues. Furthermore, Lane Servers have the opportunity to enhance the guest experience by recommending exclusive offers and upselling relevant services.

This role requires candidates to be at least 18 years of age and must comply with state laws related to alcohol service where applicable. Ideal candidates typically have at least two years of related experience and a high school diploma is optional. Those hired for this position can expect to work primarily evening and night shifts, with weekend availability being necessary. The work environment is typical of entertainment venues, involving extended periods of standing, walking, and occasional bending or lifting with assistance.
