Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Insurable driving record with no major violations
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 60 lbs
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday with availability on Fridays during busy seasons
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Capable of frequent walking, pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting
- Experience operating landscape maintenance equipment
- Knowledge of proper pruning and trimming techniques
- Horticulture experience or strong interest preferred
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Valid Washington State Driver's License
- Insurable driving record (MVR required)
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Lead and direct a crew of 2-4 team members
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards
- Verify appropriate tools and equipment are used at each job site
- Perform trimming, pruning, blowing, raking, and edging to specifications
- Spread bark and gravel to meet job expectations
- Report equipment issues or damage to the shop
- Assist with unloading and dumping debris at the end of the day
- Support the Maintenance Manager with additional tasks as needed
