Job Requirements

  • you are 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of kitchen work
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial
  • must be able to follow safety guidelines and company policies

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus but not required
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • excellent time management and organizational skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • good communication and guest service skills

Job Duties

  • work in multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • prepare and produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items according to standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • contribute to a positive team environment through communication and cooperation
