Job Description
Buffalo Wild Wings is a leading casual dining restaurant chain renowned for its flavorful wings, vibrant sports-bar atmosphere, and engaging guest experience. Founded in 1982, the brand has grown significantly across the United States and beyond, igniting passions for sports and great food in communities nationwide. At Buffalo Wild Wings, the focus goes beyond just serving food; it’s about creating moments worth sharing for every guest that walks through the door. This culture of enthusiasm, teamwork, and fun shapes the work environment, offering employees a dynamic place to grow and thrive.
As a Kitchen Team Member/Cook at Buffalo Wild Wings, you’ll be at the heart of the action, contributing directly to the production of legendary food offerings that keep guests coming back. This full-time or part-time role involves working in multiple kitchen stations, including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo, providing a varied and engaging work experience. You’ll learn culinary techniques and safety standards while supporting a fast-paced team that prioritizes quality and consistency. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills, whether you envision a future within the Buffalo Wild Wings system or plan to pursue other culinary or hospitality careers.
What sets this opportunity apart is the combination of game-time energy and lifetime experience you will gain. You will immerse yourself in a team-driven culture that celebrates every win, big or small, with the occasional high-five, applause, and shared enthusiasm that make work feel like play. Buffalo Wild Wings invests in your growth with best-in-class training, continuous learning programs, and advancement opportunities designed to boost your career trajectory. Plus, you’ll receive competitive weekly pay along with a flexible schedule to balance personal commitments and work.
Buffalo Wild Wings also provides an extensive range of benefits that support your well-being both on and off the clock. These include paid time off, a 401(k) retirement plan, tuition benefits to help you further your education, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Additional perks like meal discounts, family dining discounts, and community involvement initiatives make working here rewarding beyond the paycheck. The company fosters a welcoming environment for all team members regardless of background, emphasizing inclusivity and equal opportunity as core values. If you’re 16 years old or above and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service with efficiency and attention to detail, this role offers a solid foundation and plenty of excitement to fuel your career goals.
