Founded in 1982, it has grown to become a household name for sports enthusiasts and food lovers alike. The establishment prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences through its energetic environment — a place where fans can enjoy great food, catch the game on multiple screens, and celebrate memorable moments. As a part of a larger family under Inspire Brands, Buffalo Wild Wings continues to innovate and expand, ensuring all team members have access to opportunities for career growth and development.

Its commitment to employee growth is evident through extensive training programs, flexible scheduling, and advancement opportunities that can pave the way for long-term careers in the hospitality and food service industries.

This position is a Kitchen Team Member or Cook role located within the Heart of House, pivotal to the daily operations of the restaurant. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will rotate among various stations including Chip, Shake, Grill, Southwest, and Expo, gaining valuable, hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen processes. This multi-station role is designed to sharpen your culinary skills and allow you to contribute directly to the production of all food items served at Buffalo Wild Wings. You are a vital player in creating legendary experiences by ensuring the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of food that guests look forward to.

The role offers a unique opportunity to build a lasting career in a fast-paced, energetic environment where teamwork and customer service are paramount. Employees enjoy weekly pay, flexibility in scheduling, and attractive discounts on meals for themselves and their families. The company supports continuous learning through best-in-class training programs and even offers tuition benefits to encourage further education. Paid time off and retirement plans demonstrate the company’s commitment to the well-being and financial security of its team members.

Additionally, Buffalo Wild Wings emphasizes wellbeing and community involvement through initiatives like Champions of Hope, Journey Wellbeing Support Tool, community and charitable involvements, and various employee recognition programs. The company creates a supportive workplace culture that encourages employee growth and engagement through contests, referral bonuses, and grants aimed at igniting dreams. For those who love sports, food, and working in a buzzing environment, this role provides an exciting career launch point. Even if you do not have prior kitchen experience, Buffalo Wild Wings welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, promoting diversity and equal opportunity employment.
