Job Requirements

  • must be 16 years of age or older per applicable law
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • capable of standing for extended periods
  • able to follow food safety guidelines
  • availability for training and continuous learning
  • strong work ethic and reliability
  • basic communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow detailed instructions

Job Duties

  • work multiple kitchen stations including chip, shake, grill, southwest, and expo
  • prepare and produce all Buffalo Wild Wings food items
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
  • follow food safety and quality standards
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • assist with inventory and stocking as needed
  • provide guest service support as required
