Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbs
- high School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe or local/state food service certification preferred
- knife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plus
- strong teamwork and punctuality skills
- able to read, write and speak basic English
- able to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary period
- must be able to work various shifts and days of the week

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers
- maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs
- manage inventory of prepared ingredients ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines
- ensure food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products
- set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations
- complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently
- provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions
- demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team
- adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards
- support opening and closing duties including end-of-shift cleaning
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- follow safety and security standards diligently
- perform all other duties as required or assigned by management
- manage the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner
- stock products on shelves and maintain store cleanliness and professionalism
- ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times
- maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment in the store and surrounding property
- troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issues as needed
- prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines
- cross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales
- escalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention
