Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to follow food safety protocols
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Assisting with set up and stocking of kitchen
- executing management and ownership's concept and menu
- washing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen cooking utensils and equipment
- making basic recipes and learning high-level cooking and prepping skills
- ensuring kitchen operations meet and exceed food safety and hygiene standards
- accepting coaching and direction
- maintaining productivity during peak hours
