Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- eligible to work in the United States
- availability to work Saturday shifts (1-3 Saturdays per month)
- full-time team members must have Monday-Saturday availability
- follow appearance guidelines including natural hair color and limited piercings
- reliable transportation required
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service role helpful but not required
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- willingness to learn and grow professionally
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
- maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen and equipment
- receive and properly store daily produce and inventory
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- follow health and safety regulations at all times
- provide excellent support during busy service hours
- assist in training new kitchen staff
