We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Team Lead (Bakery) to oversee bakery operations at Flourhouse Bakery and contribute to the continued growth and success of the Mike & Patty's brand. This key leadership role involves managing daily production, ensuring the highest quality standards, maintaining food safety protocols, and leading the bakery team with passion and precision. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bread baking as well as a strong ability to coordinate production schedules and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. This role supports the delivery of baked goods to all Mike & Patty's locations, requiring a balance of operational oversight and active participation in the baking process.

The Kitchen Team Lead (Bakery) is integral to scaling a craft-driven bakery program that is central to the Mike & Patty's breakfast experience. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of bread baking experience
  • Prior leadership experience in a high-volume bakery environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work early-morning production schedules
  • ServSafe Manager certification or ability to obtain shortly after hire
