Job Description
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for serving guests quality food and beverages following standard recipes, preparing and cooking meats, soups, and sauces, and overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operation. They are also in charge of training kitchen staff and maintaining excellent attendance. This position pays an hourly rate of $26.00-$30.00.
Job Requirements
- Professional training through a culinary education or experience in a fast-paced fine dining restaurant/catering facility
- previous supervisory experience in a kitchen
- ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and communicate effectively with staff and guests
- fluency in English
- valid SNHD food handling card
