Job Description

Helping Hands is a compassionate nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope and care through personalized, trauma-informed programs to individuals experiencing homelessness. We prioritize a holistic approach, focusing on each individual's unique story and needs to facilitate meaningful connections to local resources and support services. Our mission revolves around fostering a supportive community through strategic partnerships rather than duplicating existing services, ensuring that every participant receives tailored assistance that promotes long-term stability and well-being. With a steadfast commitment to data-driven and person-centered methodologies, Helping Hands stands as a trusted advocate for the homeless population in our community.
