Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of four years' hospitality or restaurant food service experience required
- Two years of previous culinary supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting professionalism
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Execute and ensure culinary staff prepares food items for restaurant and banquet functions following food handling and safety guidelines
- Supervise, guide, and direct kitchen employees
- Provide accurate performance feedback to F&B manager
- Manage food cost and portion control without sacrificing quality
- Assist with quality, presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the kitchen and restaurant
- Accommodate guests' special requests
- Ensure guest satisfaction related to food, beverage, hospitality, and service standards
