Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to five shifts a week
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen
- Quick and detail-oriented when prepping and cooking
- Growth minded, driven, and precise
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
- Able to work daytime shifts between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some kitchen or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Adaptable to new processes and systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh produce for menu items
- Cook house-made soups, spreads, and dressings daily
- Organize and maintain a clean lobby
- Manage advanced dishwasher and cleansing station
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow personalized training and safety standards
- Provide positive and respectful teamwork
