Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food or beverage preparation preferred
valid Food Handler Certificate
ability to commit to flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
strong attention to detail
ability to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary recipes
good communication skills
physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties

Job Duties

Brew and prepare specialty coffees according to established recipes and standards
create and maintain house-made creams and other key ingredients with strict confidentiality
follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
support front-of-house team as needed during peak hours
maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
ensure inventory of ingredients is tracked and replenished in collaboration with management
uphold recipe confidentiality and proprietary preparation methods
