This full-time or part-time position is based in the 445 Albee Square West location in Brooklyn and offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $25.00 per hour. Working as part of the production team, members are responsible for preparing food items according to standardized recipes and specifications while upholding the company’s rigid standards for food safety, presentation, and timely delivery.

Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays minimum 3 days a week including one weekend day
- ability to move carefully in a busy and sometimes loud environment
- stays up-to-date on local food compliance regulations and safety courses
- reliable transportation
- ability to climb stairs
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in a high volume restaurant environment
- proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Job Duties
- Prepares and plates Alamo menu items in accordance with recipes and specs
- trained and available to work different stations as assigned including dish, prep, fry, salad, grill, pizza
- responsible for cleaning, organization, and maintenance of equipment and dishwashing areas including deep cleanings and daily sidework
- prepares guest food orders focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- restocks supplies, completes prep and side work, assists with operational tasks
- supports delivery and organization of food and beverage orders
- upholds company core values and operational guidelines
- maintains food safety and health standards in line with company processes and local regulations
- possesses extensive knowledge of allergy and cross-contamination protocols
- utilizes proper equipment for food preparation including measuring tools
- adheres to kitchen cleaning, prep, and stocking schedules
- communicates kitchen needs and concerns with teammates and managers
- maintains a positive, respectful workplace
- follows all handwashing and hygiene practices
