Currently, Fogo de Chao is immediately hiring for the position of Kitchen Prep. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts are prepared and presented according to established recipes and standards. The Kitchen Prep team member will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of all inventory and fresh produce while managing inventory levels and storage areas carefully. Assisting management with tracking expiration dates and maintaining the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas are also key aspects of this position. The role entails working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and may include beginning and closing shift duties as needed.
