Job Duties
- Prepares, measures, and cuts dough
- rolls dumpling and bun skins
- stuffs, closes, and arranges dumplings and buns in a steamer
- adds meat and allergen identifiers
- steams dumplings and buns
- maintains a clean working space and dumpling room
- labels all items in accordance with regulations and procedures
- attends monthly staff and dumpling meetings
- keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- organizes items within the walk-in coolers and freezers
- lifts and moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables (up to 50 pounds)
- assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- maintains confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, including recipes and standard operating procedures
