The current opening is for the position of Kitchen Prep, a vital role within the kitchen team responsible for supporting the preparation and presentation of various food items primarily including salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts. The Kitchen Prep person plays an essential role in maintaining high quality standards in food production by ensuring proper recipe execution and managing inventory with strict attention to freshness and availability. This position will also involve maintenance duties such as cleaning kitchen equipment and areas, as well as managing storage and inventory levels efficiently. Additionally, this role may include performing opening and closing procedures under management direction.
This position is well suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess both physical stamina and a proactive attitude towards ensuring quality and cleanliness. The Kitchen Prep team member will collaborate closely with management and other kitchen staff to support smooth daily operations and contribute meaningfully to the guest dining experience.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner
- Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards
- Proper management of inventory levels including the storage area
- Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products
- Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas
- Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management
