Job Requirements

  • Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work at a quick pace
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to understand and follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is advantageous
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of food quality
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and storage
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner
  • Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards
  • Proper management of inventory levels including the storage area
  • Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products
  • Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas
  • Completes any beginning or closing shift duties as directed by management
