Fogo de Chao emphasizes the importance of a safe and efficient work environment, highlighting physical requirements such as the ability to transport objects up to 50 pounds, standing for prolonged periods, and working at a brisk pace. The company values team players who are willing to work weekends and holidays, aligning with the hospitality industry's demand for availability during peak dining times. The position offers a competitive pay range from $17.13 to $22.13 per hour, depending on relevant work experience, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding role in a dynamic restaurant setting. Benefits for full-time hourly team members include medical, dental, and vision insurance available from the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additionally, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability coverage are provided where permitted by law. Employees can also take advantage of a comprehensive voluntary benefits package that includes critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part-time team members also receive a minimum essential coverage health plan and can enroll in additional benefits such as dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, pet insurance, legal services, and ID protection, often starting as early as the first month following hire.
