The ability to work at a rapid pace without compromising quality is also necessary, alongside availability for weekend and holiday shifts.

Emphasizing professional growth, Fogo de Chao offers team members career advancement opportunities at all levels, supporting their personal and professional development. The pay range for this position starts at $18.04 and can go up to $23.04 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant work experience, making it a competitive role within the hospitality industry.

Employees benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time team members starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment, along with company-paid life insurance and short-term disability where applicable. Additionally, there is an extensive voluntary benefits package featuring critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident coverage, permanent life, and pet insurance. Part-time employees receive minimum essential coverage health plans plus dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, with the option to enroll in additional voluntary benefits such as pet insurance, legal, and ID protection.
