The role of Kitchen Operations Manager at WingHouse Bar + Grill is a pivotal leadership position within our restaurant operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work collaboratively with the General Manager and broader management team to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the kitchen. The Kitchen Operations Manager will uphold WingHouse's philosophy by promoting exemplary food quality, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and leading by example to cultivate a positive work environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, managing food costs, and placing orders to ensure optimal stock levels at all times. Your expertise will help maintain and operate kitchen equipment efficiently to avoid downtime. Besides operational duties, you will also focus on staff motivation and satisfaction, fostering a productive atmosphere that aligns with WingHouse’s values. The position demands a proactive approach to labor management, ensuring that staffing meets the needs of the back-of-house operations without exceeding budgeted labor goals.
