As a Kitchen Operations Manager at Red Robin, you will be a key player in managing the day-to-day kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations while upholding the brand's high standards of quality and excellence. You will oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and play an essential role in managing profit and loss (P&L) components that impact the restaurant's success. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management
  • Able to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Ability to obtain required certifications and permits
  • Familiarity with local and state health regulations preferred
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team effectively
