Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred, college is a plus
Must be 21 years of age or older
Be able to write and speak English, preferably Spanish is a plus
Must have appropriate city, state and federal certifications including alcohol and food handling certificates
Minimum five years’ experience in restaurant and/or hospitality restaurant
Ability to lead and motivate team
Knowledge of POS and restaurant systems
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to handle inventory and cost control
Must be dependable and reliable
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
