Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred, college is a plus
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Be able to write and speak English, preferably Spanish is a plus
  • Must have appropriate city, state and federal certifications including alcohol and food handling certificates
  • Minimum five years’ experience in restaurant and/or hospitality restaurant
  • Ability to lead and motivate team
  • Knowledge of POS and restaurant systems
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle inventory and cost control
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
