Job Description
Flanigan's, a bustling restaurant, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Managers who can lead the back-of-house team effectively through all kitchen operations from ordering and receiving to cleaning and closing. The role entails consistent communication with management, attending meetings, enforcing policies, ensuring quality control, and maintaining adherence to health standards and codes.
Job Requirements
- Must have current food management certification
- must possess and demonstrate an ownership mentality
- must have flexibility for scheduling including working 50-55 hours per week
- must be willing to transfer to a different geographical location
- must be adept at ordering and formulating pars
- must adhere to kitchen policies for dress and grooming
