Job Requirements

  • Must possess a valid Nevada Food Handler Card
  • Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager Sous Chef or similar in a high-volume restaurant or pub
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment and tools safely
  • Ability to handle high heat steam and busy kitchen conditions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Job Qualifications
