Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
- experience working as a line cook in a high-volume environment
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- lead and support kitchen staff during daily operations
- ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
- assist with scheduling, training, and coaching kitchen team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
- monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving products
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
