Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
  • experience working as a line cook in a high-volume environment
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • lead and support kitchen staff during daily operations
  • ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • assist with scheduling, training, and coaching kitchen team members
  • maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen
  • monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and receiving products
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
