We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Kitchen Manager / Line Cook to join our culinary team. This full-time, swing shift role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment that demands high standards of food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. The role offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $24 per hour, scheduled for mandatory evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. The Kitchen Manager / Line Cook will play a pivotal role in assisting with daily kitchen operations while actively working on the line during service periods. - Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred
- experience working as a line cook in a high-volume environment
- strong communication and leadership skills

- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
