Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen management or lead cook experience
  • Knowledge of breakfast and brunch menu preparation
  • Ability to lead and work on a busy kitchen line
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • Availability for morning shifts and weekends
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a lead cook, kitchen supervisor, sous chef, or kitchen manager
  • Strong breakfast and brunch experience preferred
  • Ability to lead a team while remaining productive on the line
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen sanitation
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work weekends and early morning shifts

Job Duties

  • Lead daily kitchen operations while actively working the line
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Train, coach, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food
  • Manage daily prep production and station organization
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Help create efficient systems and procedures for kitchen operations
  • Work closely with ownership to improve menu execution and overall kitchen performance
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and accountable work environment
