Job Requirements

  • 5 years of kitchen management experience in high-volume culinary operation

Job Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven kitchen leadership experience in high-volume restaurant or comparable culinary operation

  • Open availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead daily kitchen operations including prep, line execution, station readiness, and production planning
  • Coach, train, and develop a large culinary team through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and consistent accountability
  • Build schedules and adjust staffing to support business volume, productivity, and labor goals
  • Oversee ordering, inventory, and product availability while controlling waste and maintaining appropriate production levels
  • Ensure consistent execution of established recipes, portions, presentation, and quality standards
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and kitchen organization
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Address performance concerns promptly, partnering with leadership and HR when needed
  • Resolve operational challenges and coordinate with other leaders to keep service running smoothly
  • Create a respectful work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and pride in execution
